The elevator to the underground car park was broken and we had to carry the suitcase 3 floors down the staircase, Señor at check-out neither said "sorry" nor offered any help

Super centrally located. Immediately at the harbor and town center. Calm and quiet. Very clean and nice rooms. Nice and very friendly staff. Great breakfast and evening tapas. Great!

The restaurant is too cold. There you can do much more for the ambience.

The location of the hotel on the promenade and at the beginning of the pedestrian area is excellent.

When booking, among other things, the sea view is offered, which is possible for an upgrade only on-site for 20 €. The garage is too narrow, it goes with a car lift in the narrow underground parking.

Very nice hotel, right by the harbour. if you are lucky you can watch from the window the arrival of the big cruise ships. Around the corner, there is a pedestrian area with great shopping places.

The location here was perfect, close to major attractions, the port area, and a pedestrian street, with extremely helpful staff who had a great attitude.

At check in, the friendly gentleman at the front desk had an upgrade for us. So we had a very nice terrace (big corner) and a bright room, bathroom with window. Everything was very clean, in the hotel there was a quiet, pleasant atmosphere. The location is great. Absolutely recommended.

This place has a great central location, quiet rooms, and a fantastic reception staff.

It is in an excellent location, close to the historical sights, museums, port and the shopping district. The breakfast was excellent and the room very clean and well maintained.

They did not have maps/tourist information on display, you had to ask for it.

we were delighted with our choice of hotel in Cartagena, central for all visits and restaurants and bars. parking inside the hotel. staff very helpful and friendly, we extended our stay because of this. we will be returning in the future.

Loved my really nice stay on a business trip. The standard room was contemporary and nicely equipped.- The hotel was in a marvelous location near the town hall, port area, Roman theater, museums, and pedestrian zone.- Enjoyed a ride to a castle with amazing views and a walk through the streets filled with restaurants, bars, and shops.

The standard room was well-equipped, the food was delicious, and had an exceptional view of the harbor, all in a fantastic location near the harbor.

Perfect and stunning location, within short walking distance to an emblematic hilltop medieval castle. And really close to all the main shopping area, restaurants, shops and marina and the centre of the harbour area.
